Spot clean lightly with a damp cloth and mild detergent if needed — just make sure liquid doesn't reach the foam layers beneath. We recommend using a water-resistant mattress protector for ongoing coverage. Do not remove the mattress cover, as this can void your warranty and damage the mattress.

No — our mattresses are built in layers, and those layers aren't reversible. Keep it right-side-up.

How do hybrid mattresses compare to memory foam or innerspring ones?

Hybrid mattresses combine coil support with foam comfort layers. Individually wrapped coils — like those in our hybrids — give you durability, motion isolation, and airflow. The foam layers add pressure relief and contouring. All-foam beds skip the coil system entirely; all-spring beds skip the foam. A hybrid gives you both.

How long does my Chime mattress take to expand?

Give it 24–72 hours to reach full size. That said, you can sleep on your Chime mattress right away — even before it's fully expanded, it's ready to do its job.

Yes — we ship to both. A nonrefundable $350 shipping fee applies and is added at checkout.
